Legal Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post or email to info@cutees.eu) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Important: Exclusion for Personalized Products

Please note: Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 10a of our terms and conditions.

Products manufactured by us according to your specifications, including but not limited to:

• Clothing with personal prints
• Products with names or numbers
• Items with colors, photos or texts chosen by you
• Other custom-made items

...cannot be returned or canceled once production has started.

This falls under the legal exception for 'products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications' as stated in Article 6(1)(g) of the Distance Selling Act.

Standard products without personalization can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract for standard products without personalization, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will take place promptly and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

If you only return part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, no fees will be charged for the refund.

Returning Products

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us, to:

You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

Condition of the product: You are only liable for diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Warranty

All items you purchase from us are covered by the legal warranty of at least 2 years.

Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer may reasonably expect. All clothing is made and printed with care and carefully inspected before shipping.

Covered under warranty:

• Manufacturing defects in the product
• Printing errors or unclear printing
• Wrong product received
• Quality defects in material or finishing
• Damage during shipping

Not covered under warranty:

• Your own input errors (wrong name, number, text)
• Wrong size or color chosen
• Damage from improper use or washing

Please note: Errors in personalization that you entered yourself (such as a typo in a name or wrong number) are not covered by warranty. Therefore, always check your data carefully before placing the order.

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via info@cutees.eu.

You will receive a substantive response within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it via the European ODR platform.
