Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
You can easily order online through our webshop. Add your desired products to the cart, go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most common payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. You will see all available options during checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after placing your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email with all details.
Shipping and delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Netherlands: € 5.95
- Belgium: € 9.95
- Germany: € 9.95
We offer free shipping on orders with a total value over €100, regardless of the use of discount codes or coupons.
Shipping costs are also displayed during checkout before you finalize the order.
How long does delivery take?
Since each product is personalized especially for you, production takes some time. We aim to ship your order within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow the delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with track & trace information to follow your package live.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.
Products and stock
Are all products in stock?
We keep clothing in stock unless otherwise stated during the ordering process. Since each product is personalized, production takes 3–5 business days.
Which sizes are available?
Our clothing is available from baby sizes up to children’s sizes for older kids (up to about 13 years). For the little ones we have bodysuits, bibs and T-shirts. Each product page has a clear size chart to help you choose the right size.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
Our size chart provides guidelines by age group to give you a starting point. Since every child grows at a different pace, we recommend always checking the size chart. If in doubt, choose one size larger so the clothing lasts longer. Because personalized items cannot be exchanged, we advise choosing a slightly larger size if unsure.
What material is the clothing made of?
All our clothing is made of soft, durable and often organic cotton that feels comfortable and is safe for children’s sensitive skin.
How does clothing personalization work?
Each design has its own options for personalization, such as adding a name, choosing colors or adjusting the font. The editor shows a preview so you can be sure your order looks the way you want.
Can I change the colors in the designs?
Yes! Most of our designs allow you to adjust colors as you prefer. You can change background colors, text colors and often individual design elements to create the perfect look.
Can I add my child’s name to any design?
Absolutely! All of our designs can be personalized with your child’s name. You can choose from different fonts, colors and placement options to make each item unique and special.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Yes! Our design tool shows a clear preview of how your design will look on the chosen garment. You can check different colors, fonts and texts before ordering. Please note that the preview is a best possible representation: the final result may differ slightly due to garment size, color and printing technique.
How can I tell if a design suits my child’s age or personality?
Our age collections are created with themes and designs suitable for different stages, from baby to teen. Plus, you can personalize every design with your own colors, text and fonts to make it always unique and fitting.
Can the clothing be washed without the print fading?
Yes, our prints are durable and remain vibrant even after many washes. Prints are made with high-quality, non-toxic inks and professional printing techniques for strong and lasting results. With normal use and proper care, they stay beautiful for a long time. Follow the care instructions for best results:
- Wash inside out at max 30°C
- Do not bleach or dry clean
- Do not tumble dry; line dry
- Iron at low temperature; do not iron directly on the print
With this care, the prints remain vivid and the clothing lasts longer.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
All clothing is carefully made, printed and checked before shipping. If a manufacturing defect occurs, the product does not meet quality standards, or it arrives damaged, this is covered by our warranty.
Please note: Errors in personalization entered by you (such as a typo in a name or wrong number) are not covered. Always check your details before placing your order.
Please contact us at info@cutees.eu with photos of the issue and your order number. We will solve it with a replacement product or refund.
Returns, right of withdrawal and warranty
Can I return my order?
Because all Cutees products are personalized for you (with your chosen name, number, photo or other personal details), personalized orders cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
This falls under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal for 'goods made to the consumer’s specifications' as stated in article 10 of our terms and conditions.
Standard products without personalization can be returned within 14 days, unused and in the original packaging.
Why can’t personalized products be returned?
Personalized products are made especially for you with your unique details. They are not suitable for resale to other customers. Therefore they are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Can I still cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we start production of your personalized product. Cancellation is therefore no longer possible. Always check your order carefully before finalizing.
What warranty do you offer?
All our products come with statutory warranty. All items are carefully made, printed and inspected before shipping. If a manufacturing defect occurs or the product does not meet quality standards, this is covered by our warranty and we will provide a solution.
Important: Errors in personalization entered by you (such as a typo in a name or wrong number) are not covered. These are not production errors but input errors. Always check your details before placing the order.

How do I claim warranty?
Do you have a manufacturing defect, printing error or received the wrong product? Please contact us immediately at info@cutees.eu with photos of the problem and your order number. We will solve it with a replacement or refund.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also check out as a guest. If you would like to create an account, you can do so during checkout or via the 'Create account' option on our website. With an account you can easily track your orders and check out faster next time.
How do I change my details?
Log in to your account and go to 'My details' to update your personal information.
